From Monday 6th April to 10th April 2026, the Human Resource Management and Organisational Development (HRM&OD) Discipline successfully completed training on Customer Service for Metropolitan Lesotho Managers and Supervisors.
Managers and supervisors play a critical role in shaping customer service culture within an organization. They are responsible not only for ensuring that customers receive quality service, but also for coaching teams, handling escalated complaints, monitoring service standards, and driving continuous improvement. This training
equips managers and supervisors with the practical knowledge, leadership techniques, and service management tools needed to deliver and sustain excellent customer service across their teams and departments.
