Senior Management Team

The Institute of Development Management (IDM) Lesotho Campus is led by a dedicated Senior Management Team, appointed by the IDM Board. The team is responsible for the day-to-day management of the campus and for ensuring that the Board’s decisions and institutional policies are effectively implemented.

The Senior Management Team comprises the Director of the Lesotho Campus, Director of Corporate Services, Director of Finance, and other key departmental heads who work together to drive the institution’s mission of excellence in management development and training.

The Director of the Lesotho Campus provides overall leadership and coordination of campus activities, ensuring alignment with IDM’s vision and strategic goals. Each member of the Senior Management Team plays a vital role in ensuring efficient operations, sound governance, and continued growth of IDM Lesotho.
