On Monday 23rd to Friday 27th March 2026, IDM – Lesotho 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗕𝗜𝗥𝗠) 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 completed training on 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿.
Projects have become a central tool for organisations, NGOs, and government institutions to drive strategic initiatives, deliver services, and manage change. Yet, many projects fall short due to weak planning, poor monitoring and evaluation, ineffective communication, and insufficient reporting.
The Project Management Short Course is designed to tackle these challenges by equipping participants with practical, workplace-ready project management skills. The Poverty Reduction Unit (PRU) under the Office of the Prime Minister plays a critical role in designing and implementing programmes aimed at improving livelihoods and reducing poverty.
However, effective delivery of such programmes requires strong project management competencies, including planning, execution, monitoring, and risk management. This workshop is designed to strengthen these competencies to ensure efficient, transparent, and impactful project delivery.
