IDM – Lesotho successfully completed training on Customer Service for Metropolitan Lesotho‘s Consultants.
This training aims to equip consultants with the practical knowledge, leadership techniques, and service management tools needed to deliver and sustain excellent customer service across their teams and departments.
Upon completion of this 5 day training course, Consultants will play a critical role in shaping customer service culture within an organization. They will be responsible not only for ensuring that customers receive quality service, but also for coaching teams, handling escalated complaints, monitoring service standards, and driving continuous improvement.
