On Monday 13th to Wednesday 15th March 2026, IDM – Lesotho through the Business and Information Resource Management discipline (BIRM) facilitated a three (3) day short course training on Fleet Management for SBV – Security Unlimited staff.
This 3-day training programme is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to effectively manage fleet operations. The training focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, safety, compliance, and leadership capabilities of both fleet managers and drivers, while addressing real-world challenges identified within the organisation.
