Projects have become a central tool for organisations, NGOs, and government institutions to drive strategic initiatives, deliver services, and manage change. Yet, many projects fall short due to weak planning, poor monitoring and evaluation, ineffective communication, and insufficient reporting.
The Project Management Short Course is designed to tackle these challenges by equipping participants with practical, workplace-ready project management skills. The program emphasizes structured planning, stakeholder engagement, monitoring and evaluation, clear reporting, and effective project closure. By focusing on these core areas, the course develops capable practitioners who can enhance project performance, strengthen accountability, and contribute meaningfully to organizational successโparticularly the development-focused environments.
This training is aimed to equip Ministry of Agriculture officials or personnel involved in project implementation and in support of, with practical project management skills to effectively plan, implement, monitor, and govern agricultural development projects.
