About The Event
On Friday 13th March 2026, IDM Lesotho participated in the wellness and fitness extravaganza organised by the Lesotho Football Association(LeFA) and Lesotho Defense Force (LDF).
The event brought together professionals from different organisations to promote teamwork, and physical fitness through a range of sporting and wellness activities a like aerobics, tug of war and weight lifting.
