Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS)

Description

CIPS has 5 levels with two entry points: Level 2 and level 4. Each level takes a year to  complete and a certificate is awarded at the  completion of each level.

• Level 2: An individual with COSC / LGCSE with 5 passes obtained at A–D grade including English Language or any certificate from a recognized institution or  college.
• Level 4: An Individual must have a Diploma Certificate or above. 
• Fee for level 2 and 3: M 10,000.00 annually
• Fee for level 4,5 and 6: M 16,000.00 annually

For each level the following fees are to be paid to CIPS;
Membership fee for new members is M1,635.00
Exam fee for level 2 and 3 is M896.00 per module (M896X5= M4,480.00)
Exam fee for level 4 to 6 is a total of M7,578.00, breakdown as follows:
1. Computer based exam fee M896.00X6= M5,376.00
2. Paper based exam fee M1101X2= M2,202.00

NB: Each level takes a duration of a year to complete. At a completion of each  level, a certificate is awarded.
