As the financial regulator, the Central Bank plays a critical role in maintaining monetary stability, fostering economic growth, and ensuring the integrity of the financial system. In delivering these mandates, every point of interaction with the public, stakeholders, and internal clients must reflect professionalism, efficiency, and excellence in customer care. Security personnel and front-line staff, in particular, serve as the first and last point of contact, making their role crucial in shaping customer perceptions and institutional reputation. Therefore, strengthening customer care competencies is essential to ensure a positive, secure, and professional service environment. The aim of the event was to educate juveniles about the importance of good menstrual hygiene management to break the stigma surrounding periods and advocate for universal access to safe Menstrual products. This three-day Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) training programme has been designed to equip participants with the foundational knowledge, practical skills, and legislative awareness needed to identify, assess, and control workplace hazards effectively. We all know that workplaces across all sectors are exposed to a wide range of hazards that, if left unmanaged, can result in injury, ill-health, or fatality. The training responds directly to the obligations placed on employers and employees under the Lesotho Occupational Safety and Health Act, reinforcing the principle that a safe workplace is a shared responsibility. By combining theory with practical application, the programme moves beyond compliance and cultivates a genuine safety culture - one in which every worker understands their role in preventing harm. Report Writing equips participants with the skills to plan, structure, write, and present professional reports clearly and effectively. Report Writing training isnโt just a โnice-to-haveโ itโs one of those skills that quietly determines whether good work actually gets recognized, funded, or acted on. Hereโs why it matters: this training helps participants express ideas in a clear, structured, and logical way. Grounded in the Occupational Safety and Health Act No. 4 of 2024 (Lesotho), the course develops attendants who understand their legal rights and responsibilities, handle hazardous fuel products correctly, serve customers with confidence, and respond decisively to emergencies, making them professional representatives of the fuel retail industry The learner must understand and familiarise themselves with the intended learning outcomes and content outlined in this course.
